1. Purpose
DH EPT series wax mold cleaning chain is one of the special equipments for rapid cleaning of the wax process in the investment casting industry. The machine occupies a relatively small area with a rectangular shape, low noise, and good maintenance. It is driven by a motor reducer, and the transmission gear drives the chain to work more smoothly. It is very convenient to use, safe and reliable, and significantly reduces labor workload and site environment.

3. Structure description
3.1. Transmission principle
Motor →Reducer →Chain →Crossbar
3.2. The overall material of the machine is welded with a channel steel frame and assembled according to the requirements. It has extremely high durability and the overall weight distribution is even and reasonable.
· “Emergency stop button” will be installed before and after the drying line to ensure workers’ production safety.
·All chains will be installed with “protective cover” to ensure the safety of equipment operation.
